📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective performance.,Leading and motivating the department team to achieve departmental and company-wide goals.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and plans to drive performance and growth.,Managing the department budget, ensuring financial targets are met and controlled.,Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and development.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Monitoring and analyzing department performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail sector.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving department performance.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
