📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Train and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Utilize advanced ERP systems and automated production lines to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the furniture or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with automated production lines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry in Bali and Indonesia is a strong asset.
