📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and that they meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the fleet's budget and ensure that it is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are safe and productive, and that they have all the information they need to complete their routes.
  • Monitor the fleet's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all fleet operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other members of the fleet team.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the fleet's operations support the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
