📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and manage software applications and systems.
• Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, antivirus, and other security measures.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and systems.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficient in using Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
