Crown Port Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and retail. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Promote products and participate in sales activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist with store setup and closing procedures.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
