📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
