📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and online platforms.,Present Home Credit products and services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and addressing their needs and concerns.,Assist customers in the application and approval process for credit products, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries and issues.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.,Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of Home Credit products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, presentation, and negotiation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English proficiency being an advantage.
