📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment, including hardware, software, and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, in a timely and efficient manner.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, implementing appropriate security measures and protocols.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications, as needed.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
