📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Explain the benefits and features of our products and services to potential customers.,Close sales by negotiating and finalizing deals with customers.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and achieve team goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
