Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.🛠️ Keahlian
