📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Plan and execute voyage operations in accordance with company policies and international maritime regulations.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring their well-being and adherence to company policies.,Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for voyages.,Coordinate with shore-based personnel and other vessels as required.,Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited or 100GT).,Proficient in English (spoken and written).,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.,Ability to work in a team and manage crew effectively.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
