📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage inventory of food items, utensils, and other kitchen supplies.,Assist in food preparation and cooking for large groups or events.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks.,Assist in special event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
