📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling cash transactions, including taking payments and providing change.,Ensure accurate and efficient recording of all financial transactions in the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their orders and any other requests they may have.,Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register, including reconciling the cash drawer with the bank deposit.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company to customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cash handling or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software, such as point-of-sale systems, is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be at least 18 years old.
