📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Address employee concerns and grievances, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
