📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
