PT Optima Nusantara is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our ongoing research and development projects. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Record and document test results accurately and promptly.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with laboratory equipment or processes.,Collaborate with the research and development team to support ongoing projects.,Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
