📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
