📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a department, including setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring the department's success.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of department staff.
  • Monitoring department performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other departments.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into department strategies.
  • Representing the department and the company at internal and external events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, budgets, and resources.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
