Tan Tock Seng Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia, offering a wide range of medical services to the community. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Financial Accounting & Planning to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial accounting and planning functions of the hospital, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial accounting and planning functions of the hospital, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the hospital's financial goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of financial accountants and planners, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial services.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in financial accounting and planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and planning, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.,Proficient in the use of financial accounting software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.,Experience working in a healthcare or similar industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
