🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of operational staff.
