📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize delivery schedules using JNE and J&T Express logistics software
- Coordinate with drivers and couriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Track and monitor delivery status using our internal logistics system
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to deliveries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities and transactions
- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations to meet company goals
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory management
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and delivery operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or delivery administration
- Proficient in using JNE and J&T Express logistics software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
