Homeroom Teacher (Nursery Class) - Early Childhood Education

As a Homeroom Teacher at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our nursery class students. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, engage with parents to support their child's development, and collaborate with our team to ensure every child receives the best possible start to their educational journey.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery class students.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement the school's curriculum and educational programs.
• Organize and lead classroom activities, field trips, and special events to enrich students' learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child's development and progress.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching nursery class students.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire young learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Passion for and commitment to the Christian faith, with a desire to integrate faith-based values into the curriculum.
