📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR for efficient HR operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
