📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple business units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration channels with unit managers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in operations management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development within the organization.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
• Represent PT Island Ventures Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-unit operations management, with a proven track record of scaling and optimizing operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in operations management or a relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
