📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier livestream talent.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, talent agencies, and social media platforms to source and nurture potential talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand audience needs and preferences, ensuring that our talent pool is aligned with our brand values.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding and integration.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to source and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management on talent acquisition activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the digital entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent.
• Strong understanding of digital entertainment, social media platforms, and livestreaming trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
