📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage with customers
• Manage sales administration, including order processing and customer inquiries
• Use social media platforms to promote our products and engage with our audience
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the online sales team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in live hosting or sales administration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with live streaming tools such as Zoom and OBS Studio
• Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
