📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily floor operations, including staff scheduling and performance management
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff training and development programs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in managing front-of-house operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Lightspeed, or similar
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
