🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) or similar relevant certifications.
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
