📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of data analytics and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
