📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administering routine and emergency vaccinations to children, following strict protocols and guidelines.
• Documenting vaccination records and maintaining accurate patient charts using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Educating parents and caregivers on the importance of vaccinations and the vaccination schedule.
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure comprehensive pediatric care.
• Monitoring children for any adverse reactions post-vaccination and reporting any issues to the healthcare provider.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensuring compliance with local and national healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or immunization services.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage with parents and caregivers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
